HR Management Equality Systems

Background

According to the Society for Human Resource Management, Human Resource managers should expect a 3% increase in wages across all sectors. In high demand jobs such as health care, elderly care, and physical therapy, expect wage increases to be higher.

According to several studies, large employers will also also see wages likely increase in engineering, drone technology, and virtual reality. Wages have been stagnant for a few years, and with the unemployment rate at almost record low of 4.1% of the labor force, employers will feel pressure to adjust compensation to attract and retain quality workers.

Context of Challenge

In promoting an environment of inclusion, diversity and wellness for all of our current and future employees, our goal is to partner with a startup (or startups) in the human resources software space. Specifically, those who will track and measure our ongoing efforts to ensure that we support equality across our employees and their respective compensation levels.

Why Apply

Successful applicants will be given the opportunity to pilot and experiment with us on conquering this challenge.

Compensation will be provided for teams who would need to modify or engineer a custom solution of their product and client contracts will be provided for teams who have an out-of-the-box solution for this challenge.

Additional opportunities for partnership, integration and investment may be possible in the future.
